Project References Beverage References TriCore has recently completed multiple large-scale projects at the four largest carbonated soft drink and juice companies in the United States. The following describes the services that we have performed in these production facilities. Recently, at a production facility for a major carbonated soft drink manufacturer, TriCore provided a system upgrade for the syrup room controls. This upgrade included additional batching capacity, enhanced CIP operations and flexible CIP recipes. We doubled the batching capability by adding additional bulk sugar and water delivery along with an additional mixing system. Our flexible batch recipe control was also supplied to improve recipe management capabilities with seamless integration to plant floor operations. Data collection and reporting functionality was added to meet required real time and historical reporting requirements for batch and CIP operations. TriCore brought world class integration and fully supported system to these facilties.
